Your privacy, in plain English
Why we have this page
We want you to understand what information we keep when you learn with Shuttle Learning, and what we do with it. No legal jargon, just the facts.
Who we are
We are Shuttle Learning, the company that runs the Python and Computer Science learning app you use at school.
What information we keep about you
Your school email and name from your Microsoft sign-in.
The code and answers you write and submit.
Your scores and feedback.
What we do NOT do
We do not sell your data.
We do not show you ads.
We do not use your code to train AI.
Your school is in charge
Your school decides who can see your work, like your teacher. If you want your data deleted, ask your teacher first, or email us and we will help.
AI and your code
When you submit code, it is sent to Google's Gemini AI to be marked and given feedback. Google does not use it to train its AI. We keep your work for about a year after the school year ends, then delete or anonymise it.
Cookies
We use a little essential storage to keep you signed in. That is it.
Your rights in plain words
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, or complain if you are unhappy.
How to ask us anything
Email support@shuttlelearning.com. There is no wrong question, and we are happy to help.
One promise
We collect as little as we can, and we never use your information for anything other than helping you learn.
